About Us
Anat Eshed Ph.D
Founder & Executive Manager
Anat is a dynamic strategic leader and collaborator with over 2 decades of experience driving innovative solutions for learners and businesses. With a STEM background, she leverages analytical, creative, and evaluative skills to uncover the right evidence and to deliver tangible results. Her passion lies in making ideas workable, empowering teams to solve complex problems with agility and precision. ​​​ As an Assistant Vice President at Southern New Hampshire University, Anat was responsible for leading strategic initiatives, program innovation, and research and insight. She spearheaded the development of low-cost, job-aligned hybrid competency-based offerings in STEM and Healthcare. She fostered collaboration with industry partners, certification agencies, and other institutions, ensuring the success of these initiatives and delivering enhanced learner success, employability potential, and business ROI. ​She believes that successful innovation requires a comprehensive understanding of systems and details, blending creativity, user-centered design, courage, and discipline. ​ Anat is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner, with applied knowledge and deep understanding of people's experience of change, change management and leadership practices. She drove the development of various frameworks for academic program evaluations, customizable project lifecycle, and evidence-based decision-making processes. Her work as an engineering faculty member focused on supporting diverse learners including underrepresented groups and learners with disabilities.  ​She initiated collaboration with Landmark College and internal experts to develop and validate a "just-in-time" learner success intervention framework and support services. She implemented a range of high-impact instructional practices, authored textbooks, and implemented peer-to-peer support models, earning multiple excellence in teaching and advising recognitions and awards. ​ Anat also served as a Research Associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology for over a decade, supporting cutting-edge research, multi-million dollar experimental facilities, and grant proposals. She holds a Ph.D. in Physics and an advanced certificate in Assessment of Intellectual Functioning.
Mike Miller, MBA
Consultant
Mike is an expert in educational program design and implementation and in helping institutions enhance their educational offerings to achieve strategic goals. He brings more than 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects, conducting data analysis, and leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. He specializes in creating business cases for new opportunities, crafting executive-ready narratives, and developing quality evaluation frameworks to determine the success of pilot programs. His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of educational needs and a commitment to delivering high-impact results that support student success and institutional growth. Mike has managed, vetted and onboarded educational and workforce development partnerships. Conducting new partner training (train the trainer model), and assisting in partner launches and strategy development. His efforts in financial modeling, enrollment projection analysis, and leading contract negotiations valued at over $1 million annually were pivotal in strengthening these partnerships and ensuring their long-term success. Mike has worked in operations management, optimizing processes and improving resource allocation to better serve partner organizations and target student populations. Mike has experience coaching students and staff to achieve educational and professional goals. He previously oversaw the Online STEM Center, serving 200,000 students with a 95% satisfaction rate, Mike holds an MBA in Quantitative Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in English Education.
Jennifer Oquist, M.Ed.
Consultant
Jennifer Oquist is a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and accomplished learning designer. As an innovative problem solver, Jenn excels at bringing clarity to complex issues and developing creative, sustainable solutions. Jenn understands the impact of relationships and interactions and works across boundaries to unite people and teams toward shared goals and results. An educator at heart, Jenn has almost 25 years of experience in the field of education. She believes all students should have access to meaningful, high-quality learning experiences. Whether designing an academic program, an online course, or a classroom assessment, learners are the central focus of everything Jenn does. Jenn served as Director of New Learning Models at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), where she developed flexible, accelerated learning models, redesigned and iterated SNHU’s competency-based offerings, and launched a cohort-based graduate business program with online synchronous classes. Prior to SNHU, Jenn worked in K-12 education as a science teacher, teaching both in person and online, and science department head. In addition to teaching, her responsibilities included supervising teachers, managing day-to-day operations of the department, and overseeing science curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Jenn holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership.
